Meet Jackie
Jackie Hagen, RPR
B.A., English, Binghamton University
A.A.S., Court and Realtime Reporting, Alfred State College
Jackie holds the Registered Professional Reporter designation from the National Court Reporters Association and works with federal, state, and local courts; public justice departments; private law firms; law enforcement agencies; state parole boards; and beyond. Through the COVID-19 pandemic, she has gained extensive experience in hosting remote depositions.
She holds a bachelor’s degree magna cum laude in English from Binghamton University and a court reporting degree summa cum laude from Alfred State College. She has also earned over 90 graduate-level credits in health sciences and law, allowing her to serve as a niche reporter in the medical malpractice arena as well as complex civil and criminal litigation.
Jackie holds notary licensure in New York, Virginia, and the District of Columbia and the E-notary designation in Virginia.

Helen Hagen
Over 35 years of Experience as a NYS Senior Official Reporter; A.A.S., Court Reporting, CCBI
Helen graduated from Central City Business Institute with an associate degree in Court Reporting in 1982. She began her career working as a freelance and grand jury reporter. Soon after, Helen was hired by the New York State Unified Court System where she served as an official reporter for over 35 years, earning many levels of national licensure during her tenure. She retired from the Unified Court System in 2016 and soon after founded Hagen Reporting, LLC.
